BLASTBAG is the next generation of inflatable blast hole blocker. This product consists of aerosol can which contains non-flammable, non-toxic gas. This aerosol features a single speed inflation mechanism with an innovative pressure sleeve outer layer. This sleeve allows for the user to vary the grip time based on position of the pressure sleeve. The can is contained with a single strong gas tight bladder which ensures the bag never leaks or fails. The product also comes with a pre-attached string for easy installation, making deployment a speedy and simple process.
The BLASTBAG is the most economical and easiest to use BLASTBAG for quick and safe hole plugging, void management, decking or creating permanent barriers in blast holes.
The BLASTBAG is available for all hole sizes from 4" through to 12 ¼". The BLASTBAG EVO features a single actuator with a moveable pressure sleeve that lets you control how fast the product inflates. Leaving the sleeve fully on slows the inflation, versus pulling the sleeve half way increases the speed of inflation. Once you depress the actuator, the BLASTBAG will start to inflate and this is when you lower it using the provided string to the required depth in a hole. Once it grips the side of the wall, the bag can be left to reach full pressure. This process ensures a fast and easy turnaround for hole blocking regardless of the situation.
BLASTBAG is used worldwide in a variety of ground conditions, temperatures and mine types.
