Introduction
Gold Dressing Agent, Gold Separation Refining Chemicals, Gold Extracting Agent
Jinwang environmentally friendly gold dressing agent is stable performance, strong applicability, high leaching rate, faster recovery, easy use, and easy transportation.
1. Alkalinity adjustment: The product belongs to alkaline inorganic compounds, and lime, caustic soda, etc. are used as stabilizers for this product. The pH value of the ore pile (slurry) is 11 ± 1. After stacking or entering the pool, adjust the pH value of the return (discharge) water to 11 ± 1.
2. Dosage: The dosage is approximately 3.0-10.0 parts per ten thousandth of the ore (300-1000 grams per ton of ore), and factors such as the nature, grade, and pH of the ore affect the dosage.
3. Dosing method: Dissolve thoroughly in alkaline water at room temperature before use. Before adding the first dose, adjust the alkalinity to 10 or higher.
Early stage: Control the concentration of the solution to be around 1-1.5 ‰ for 10-15 days.
Mid term: Control the concentration of the solution to be around 0.5-1.0 ‰ for 10-15 days.
Later stage: Control the concentration of the solution to be below 0.3 ‰ for 5-10 days.
Detecting
Method for detecting the concentration of liquid medicine
(1) Instruments and reagents required for testing
1. 1 250ml conical flask;
2. 1 10ml large belly pipette;
3. 1 acid burette;
4. 1 rubber tipped dropper;
5. Testing agent (preparation method: 1.7331 grams of silver nitrate mixed with distilled water to a constant volume of 1000 milliliters in a brown volumetric flask, stored in a cool and dark place);
6. Color reagent (preparation method: 0.02-0.05 grams of para dimethylaminobenzoyl rhodanine (C12H12N2OS2, also known as rose red silver reagent or silver reagent) is added to 100 milliliters of acetone and stored in a brown reagent bottle in the dark).
(2) Detection method
1. Use a 10ml pipette to extract 10ml of the test solution and place it in a conical flask;
2. Take 2-5 drops (about 0.1ml) of the color reagent from the dropper and add it to a conical flask. The liquid color turns light yellow;
3. Slowly drip the testing agent into the conical flask using an acid titration tube (shake the conical flask while dripping, observe color changes, and pay attention to titrating under natural light);
4. The titration endpoint is when the liquid color changes from light yellow to light red.
5. The number of milliliters of testing agent consumed is equal to the concentration of the detection solution (titration concentration of the solution). If 0.7ml is consumed, the concentration is 0.7 parts per ten thousand (0.07 ‰); If 1.0ml is consumed, the concentration is 0.1 ‰; And so on.
Other
Others
1. To avoid contact with acidic chemicals, the gold extraction agent must be dissolved in alkaline water.
2. It is recommended to regularly check the grade, pH value, and concentration of the precious liquid;
