Pressing Type Gas Bag Operate Instruction:
Step:
1, Opening the rope and straightening it out. Operator need determine the number of depth meters placed on the traction rope and mark it(red is 5 meters, blue is 10 meters, yellow is 15 meters, and the middle black mark is 1 meter apart). (Refer to picture 1)
2, Pressing down the open button and quickly put it into the hole until the predetermined depth Mark is reached. (Refer to picture 2 and 3)
3, Shaking the traction rope with your hands until you feel that the traction rope has been strained, and the gas bag has expanded to no longer fall down, installation complete. (Refer to picture 4)
4, Continue with other operations such as filling,blocking off,blasting. (Refer to picutre 5)

Acute Effects:
Ingestion
This product is unlikely to be ingested. If components inside packaging are isolated, swallowing components willresult in discomfort and gastric disturbances, but no narcotic effects are expected.
Eye Contact
This product is unlikely to be in contact with eyes. The components are sufficiently isolated from accidentalcontact, but the fluid will result in redness, tearing, and irritation of eyes in large quantities.
Skin Contact
This product is unlikely to be in contact with skin or hair. The components are sufficiently isolated fromaccidental contact, but the fluid will result in redness, swelling, and irritation of skin in large quantities.
Inhalation
This product is unlikely to be inhaled in general use; however, avoid inhalation of this product. Inhalation ofexcessive carbon dioxide in confined spaces will result in asphyxiation.
Chronic Effects:
There are no expected chronic effects with this product.

Comma Knowledge of Blasting:
There are three ways to finish the interval:
Water interval filling, rock powder interval filling, gas interval filling
1. The water interval filling is only easy to achieve at the bottom interval, and the operation is cumbersome, so most of surface mines are not selected this way.
2. Although the rock powder interval filling saves some explosives, the blasting effect is relatively poor, and it is easy to produce large blocks in the interval position.
3. Reasonable gas spacing can achieve non-coupling filling and rise the center height of the explosives. Its main advantages include the following:
I:keeping the explosion effect, the gas interval part does not contain explosives, which directly reduces the explosion cost.
II:It reduces the radius of the over-smash zone, expands the fracture zone of the rock, increases the stress wave effect and the action time of the explosive on the rock, which is conducive to improving the energy utilization rate of explosives, improving the crushing effect, and reducing the rate of large blocks. It provides favorable conditions for improving the loading efficiency after blasting.
III:Due to the action of the air column, the blasting vibration can be reduced, and the bottom gas interval is the most obvious.
IV: Gas bag can be placed anywhere in the hole. For the holes with large caves or cracks, they can be blocked by gas bags, which has certain benefits for filling and blasting effects.
V:Underground VCR mining, can use the gas bags to block and interval, the gas bag is convenient, accurate, safety. So gas bag spacing is adopted on the interval filling now ,especially on the middle and deep hole blasting.
According to the position of the gas bag in the hole, there are three modes to space:
Performance index:
In line with the relevant requirements of Q/WAK001-2009, its main technical performance indicators are:
(1) The weight loss rate of gas storage tank is less than 3‰;
(2) Double sealed air bag air permeability < 5g/24h;
(3) The static load strength of the isolator after charging in the gun hole is ≥ 0.32Mpa;
(4) The time from the opening of the isolator air release valve to the expansion of the airtight bag to the gun hole wall is ≥ 20s; The time for the isolator to reach its rated static load strength (pressure) in the gun hole is less than 5min.
